Torre Lucerna Hotel Ensenada, Ensenada

Upon arrival, I noticed a slight damp smell in the room, and the road noise was quite noticeable after 4 pm. The location of the hotel was convenient, but the constant construction noise from nearby building work was a drawback. The service provided was fabulous, with quick responses even when I lost my car key. The dining experience, especially breakfast, was delicious, although there was a delay of 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to a full house.

When I arrived, the rooms had a damp smell, which was quite disappointing. However, the room turned out to be nice overall, with smaller beds and a small patio. The service was excellent with great customer service, although some staff lacked manners. The location was good, next to a steak house, but not ideal for us, and the dining experience was good with a bit expensive options. The facilities were up to par, with some strengths and weaknesses.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, close to the port and downtown area, and near a steak house. The rooms, though spacious, suffered from a lot of road noise as the hotel is located next to the main road, affecting the overall tranquility. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown, with issues like spoiled food and long wait times. On the bright side, the service was prompt and attentive.
